How do I set up my proxy?

Setting up your proxy is simple:
  1. Login to your dashboard
  2. Copy your proxy credentials (IP:Port:Username:Password)
  3. Configure your application with these credentials
  4. Test the connection to ensure everything works

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods:
  • Wallet Balance (add funds and pay instantly)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (being rolled out via Stripe)
All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

How can I rotate my proxy IP?

IP rotation is available for all proxy packages:
  • Go to your dashboard
  • Find your proxy group
  • Click "Rotate IP" button
  • Cost: $0.25 per rotation (deducted from wallet)
New IP typically activates shortly after processing.

What is your refund policy?

Our full refund policy is available at /refund.html. In summary, refunds are considered only for verified service outages lasting more than 12 consecutive hours on our end. Please review the refund policy page for complete details before purchasing.

How do I switch proxy locations?

Switching proxy locations (nodes) is easy:
  • Navigate to your proxy group in dashboard
  • Click "Switch Node" button
  • Select your desired location
  • Cost: $0.50 per proxy in the group
  • Migration typically completes shortly after processing
Note: This will change all proxies in the group to the new location.
