- Network issues on the user's end do not qualify for refunds
1.2 Conditions That Do NOT Qualify for Refunds
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to configure proxies due to lack of technical knowledge
- Proxies not working for specific websites or services
- Detection or banning by third-party services
- Performance issues not related to complete outages
- Partial outages lasting less than 12 hours
- Issues arising from misuse or violation of our Terms of Service
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations after purchase
2. User Responsibility
All users are fully responsible for:
- Their actions while using our proxy services
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Understanding the technical requirements before purchasing
- Properly configuring and using the proxy services
- Any consequences arising from their use of our services
- Backing up their data and configurations
- Maintaining the security of their credentials
ProxyChain.io is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
3. Refund Process

- Include screenshots, logs, and timestamps of the outage
- Allow up to 48 hours for investigation

Our technical team will:
- Review server logs and monitoring data
- Verify the duration and nature of any outages
- Determine if the issue qualifies for a refund
- Make a final decision within 48-72 hours
3.3 Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be:
- Processed in the same cryptocurrency used for payment
- Sent to the wallet address provided by the customer
- Subject to current network fees (deducted from refund amount)
- Completed within 5-7 business days of approval
4. Service Credits Alternative
Instead of a refund, we may offer service credits at our discretion:
- Credits can be used for future purchases
- Credits may exceed the refund amount as compensation
- Credits expire after 90 days
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities will result in immediate service termination without refund:
- Using proxies for illegal activities
- Attempting to defraud or abuse the refund policy
- Sharing or reselling proxy credentials
- Violating our Terms of Service
- Engaging in activities that harm our infrastructure or other users
- Providing false information during the refund process
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- All disputes must first be addressed through our support team
- We maintain the right to make final decisions on all refund requests
- Our decision is final and binding
- Legal disputes will be handled according to our Terms of Service
