What is the difference between shared and dedicated packages?

Shared packages are more affordable and use managed rotation. Dedicated packages are positioned for stronger control, manual refresh eligibility, and higher-priority behavior as inventory expands.

Why should I add money to my wallet?

Wallet balance makes repeat checkout faster. It is also the planned credit source for extensions, upgrades, add-ons, and switch/refresh operations as those controls become available.

How fast is delivery?

Provisioning starts after successful payment and inventory validation. In normal conditions credentials appear in the dashboard quickly, but timing can vary by provider/payment confirmation and node state.

What format are the proxy credentials?

Credentials are shown in the dashboard in common formats such as IP:Port:Username:Password and copy-friendly variants.

Do you guarantee results on third-party platforms?

No. ProxyChain provides managed proxy infrastructure and routing/profile controls. We do not guarantee outcomes against third-party systems or policies.

What payment methods are available?

Wallet balance and crypto checkout are the main launch paths. Card checkout may be shown as a rollout/preview until enabled in production.
