How do proxy nodes work?+
Our proxy nodes act as intermediaries between your device and game servers. Each node can handle multiple connections simultaneously, allowing you to manage multiple sessions efficiently. Traffic is routed through our servers, providing you with dedicated IP addresses and protecting your real identity.
How does the pricing work?+
Pricing depends on the selected location, package duration, proxy quantity, connection limit, and any selected add-ons. The final total is calculated during package selection and confirmed at checkout. You can review the full breakdown before completing payment. Volume discounts are applied automatically when purchasing larger quantities.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Wallet Balance and Cryptocurrency are currently available for checkout. We support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and Litecoin (LTC) through our secure payment processors. Card checkout via Stripe is being rolled out. All payments are processed through encrypted channels.
What's the difference between connections and nodes?+
A node is a proxy server instance with its own dedicated IP address. Each node can handle multiple connections � think of connections as individual sessions or game clients that can run through that node simultaneously. For example, 1 node with 30 connections means you can run up to 30 game sessions through that single proxy IP.
What protocols are supported?+
Our nodes support both HTTP and SOCKS5 protocols, giving you flexibility in how you configure your connections. SOCKS5 is recommended for gaming applications as it provides better performance and supports UDP traffic, which is essential for real-time gaming.
How fast are the proxy connections?+
Our nodes are built for responsive proxy delivery with optimized routing. Actual performance depends on the selected server location, your network environment, and usage patterns. The infrastructure is designed to minimize latency for game traffic, and you can select the server location closest to your target for the best results.
What kind of support do you offer?+
Support is available through the dashboard ticket system. All customers can open and manage tickets directly from the dashboard. Priority support is available as an add-on for customers who need faster response handling. Response times depend on ticket volume and issue type.
Is there a refund policy?+
Refunds are only provided in cases of extended service outages exceeding 12 consecutive hours on our end. All users are responsible for their actions and usage. Please review our full refund policy for complete terms before purchasing.
How long does setup take?+
Activation begins after successful payment. Most orders are delivered quickly once provisioning completes. Your proxy credentials are available through the dashboard, where all connection details are clearly displayed. Timing may vary depending on package configuration and provisioning state.
Can I change my connection limit later?+
Connection adjustments can be managed through the dashboard. Changes are processed after confirmation, and you are only charged for the additional connections you use. This flexibility allows you to scale up during peak times and scale down when you need fewer connections.
